Krištof Law Firm brings together two complementary areas: business law and transactions on the one hand, and disputes, damages claims and private wealth on the other. We do not do everything. We focus on matters where precision counts and where legal judgement has measurable value for the client.

How we work.

Directly with your lawyer. Every matter is led by a lawyer personally, from the initial assessment through to the drafting of contractual clauses.
The matter comes first. We accept only matters to which we can devote the attention, judgement and quality of execution they require. That is in the client's interest.
Law as a tool, not an end. We look for the structure, the agreement or the route that solves or averts the problem — not winning an argument at any cost.

Discretion as a legal duty

Confidentiality is not just a promise but a legal duty.

A lawyer's duty to protect information arises from Article 6 of the Attorneys Act and the Code of Professional Conduct. We handle matters with restraint, limiting involvement to those whose participation is necessary.

The firm is registered with the Slovenian Intellectual Property Office as a representative for trademarks and designs (reg. no. 337). Both lawyers, Domen Krištof and Tjaša Ozimek, are authorised to represent clients in such matters. This formal registration supports the firm's work in intellectual property, particularly in protecting companies, trademarks and designs, and in disputes arising from those rights.
