Domen Krištof
Domen Krištof is a founding partner of Krištof Law Firm and leads the business and transactions practice. He advises business owners, shareholders and investors on corporate restructurings, mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and legal due diligence, on shareholder relations and governance arrangements, and in commercial disputes.
He leads matters personally from the initial consultation to closing and accepts engagements selectively to ensure that each matter receives focused senior attention. He advises clients in Slovenian and English and, in assessing transactions and disputes, explains the risks, costs and realistic prospects in advance.
